    NUCKILY TERMS&CONDITIONS:

    NUCKILY is passionate about creating products and services that enrich the experience of our customers and provides wide product range. We are cyclists so we understand the competitive needs. We offer the most innovative custom technical apparel for cyclists. We provide free graphic designs, fast delivery, one on one contact and also someone to discuss exactly what you are looking for .

    CUSTOM DESIGN:

    Quick Custom : Choose your interesting NUCKILY recent designs, add on your logo for your team without changing any elements, please email the list of items that you are interested and your logo in vector AI format to custom make to:sales@nuckily.com, there is free design with no minimum, no hassle!

    Semi Custom : Choose your interesting NUCKILY recent designs, or pre design template but add on yours prefer elements such as: colors, prints, sizes. You can choose any of Nuckily standard colors or from Pantone® Color Formula Book , resent NUCKILY sublimation print or create your own design, Nuckily sizing is from S-6XL for custom order, there are plenty of available accessories (silicone, label, hangtag, padding, zipper, packaging),definitely suits your requirements.

    Full Custom : Down load NUCKILY blank template to start your imagination. Create your stylish design without limit. Your artwork should be created in a vector (.eps, .cdr, .ai, .fh) format, and most logos are created as vector files. If you can't get your logos in vector format, please make sure the images are of high resolution: 300 dpi n scale, 1:1 (.pdf, .jpg, .tif). You can choose any of Nuckily standard colors or from Pantone® Color Formula Book for your design purpose. NUCKILY size chart reflect the ranges of measurements that would be considered typical within the size of the item. For questions, sizing consultations, or fit sample orders please email your requirements at: sales@nuckily.com. You will get your free design, favorite color, perfect sizing and our maximum support for any of your needs.

    PRICING:

    • NUCKILY order no MOQ, our minimum order is 1pc, but pricing is base on order quantity.
    • All prices are in USD, EX WORK term. Customer is responsible for all additional taxes, duties and charges for shipments.Add-on options apply to all items ordered for each style per order with additional charges. (Etc. Zipper pocket, Reflective Pockets, etc)
    • One Week Rush service is available for an additional charge of 30%. 5 days Rush service is available for an additional charge of 40%.
    • NUCKILY is a global organization with distributors all over the world. The pricelist and programs offered in other areas do not constitute acceptance in every market. The customer will be responsible for the confirmed price list not based on a website or internet content.

    ORDER PROCESS:

    • A Deposit is required to begin the order process.A deposit amount of $100 is required to start the process and to secure a fit kit. The $80 is applied towards your order the other $20 covers the shipping charges of the fit kit to you.
    • A deposit of $100 is required if you are just starting the design process and do not need a fit kit. The $100 is applied 100% towards your order.
    • The Customer is responsible for correcting the products, quantities and sizes on the NUCKILY order invoice. You will receive a production confirmation sent detailing your complete order details.
    • Once the order has been submitted & artwork has been approved (via email) no design or order changes will be accepted.
    • The Total $ amount of the order is due at the completion of the design stage and in order to begin production process. The amount may be paid with a PayPal/Ali Pay/Western Union/Telegraphic Transfer to NUCKILY.
    • The Customer is responsible for approval of spelling and/or grammar on all artwork. The Customer is responsible for receiving permission for use of all logos and/or copyrighted material incorporated into the design.
    • The Customer should contact the NUCKILY offices for estimated delivery time after order is finalized. Basically our order lead time is 15days.

    SHIPPING:

    At NUCKILY, we charge lowest cost handling & shipping fee per order for customers worldwide!

    We always ship with the most reliable express carriers: DHL, UPS, TNT or FEDEX. Tracking number will be provided upon shipping. We provide budget express line for some customer’s special requirement.

    Shipping Time : Usually 5-7 business days.
